Abeego Creates Natural, Re-usable, Compostable Alternative to Plastic

A suggestion of how to reduce your use of single-use, disposable plastic.

Oil is a valuable resource, but a lot of it is used to make single-use, disposable plastic items. When disposed of, plastic damages the environment and lasts virtually forever. Because of this, my wife and I have been trying to reduce our use of plastic.  In the interest of sharing ideas, here's one solution we've found:

A mom and pop Canadian company, Abeego, has come up with a natural, re-usable, compostable alternative to plastic ziploc bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil for food storage. We've used it, and like it a lot. More information, including instructional videos, is on their website. Abeego comes in various configurations, for a multiple of uses. Check it out!
