According to St. Louis business news and gossip site WhoLou.net, Carey Danis & Lowe law firm co-founder Joe Danis has filed suit in St. Louis County against former Pinnacle Development head and Town & Country Mortgage president Kevin McGinnis regarding a $500,000 loan concerning a Town and Country real estate purchase.
