Agents affiliated with Coldwell Banker Gundaker receive a free personal profile page, and have the ability to upload a video profile, unlimited photos for each property, and send automatic email alerts on new properties, price reductions and open houses to customers who opt-in. Leads on properties listed by a Coldwell Banker Gundaker affiliated agent will be sent directly to the agent through HomeBase InTouch, Coldwell Banker Gundaker’s customer relationship management system.
