Coldwell Banker Gundaker Recognizes Top Performers

ST. LOUIS, MO (April 13, 2016) – Coldwell Banker Gundaker recently honored its top performers for 2015 at its annual awards event. The top achievers were ranked based on sales volume and transactions closed. The company also recognized two agents who are new to real estate sales.

• Colleen Lawler, independent sales associate with the Irvine Team with the Chesterfield West office of Coldwell Banker Gundaker, has been named as the company’s top independent sales associate for 2015. This is the third year in a row that she has earned this recognition. Lawler closed more than $68 million in sales and completed 200 transactions. She leads the Irvine Team and has been one of the company’s top agents for 28 years. She started her career with Coldwell Banker Gundaker in 1988.

• Mary Beth Benes, independent sales associate, was honored as the company’s second highest sales associate for 2015. Benes closed more than $56 million in sales and completed 59 transactions. She is with the Town & Country office of Coldwell Banker Gundaker, where she is the Top Associate.

• Susie Johnson, independent sales associate with Coldwell Banker Gundaker’s Highway 94@ Mid Rivers office in St. Charles, was ranked third highest sales associate in the company for 2015. She had a remarkable year with over $29 million in sales and the closing of 106 units. Johnson was inducted into Coldwell Banker Gundaker’s Hall of Fame in 2014 for consistent production for the last ten years. Johnson is a 19-year veteran of residential real estate sales.

• Amir Hotich, independent sales associate with the Creve Coeur office, and Joe Mathes, independent sales associate with the Ladue office, were recognized as “Rookies of the Year” for 2015.
