Volunteers are needed to help children with special needs receive therapeutic benefits from horseback riding lessons. Â No experience is necessary. Â We provide all training. Â In class you will work directly with the child, helping them with fun activities like throwing a ball through the hoop, puzzles and scavenger hunts. Â Over time, you'll witness wonderful changes not only in the child but in yourself as well! Â
If you love horses, volunteering for a year allows you to apply for our horse leadership program in which you will be assigned a horse to train with and care for outside and during class times.
Continuing education classes are also offered throughout the year, making your experience as a volunteer as enlightening and uplifting as we possibly can.
