Missouri Baptist Medical Center Kids Klass

Description below given by the Missouri Baptist Medical Center:

This class will introduce siblings to the hospital setting and help them prepare to become a big brother or sister. Class includes group activities, viewing a video and a tour of the Mother/Baby Unit. This class is for ages 2 and older and parents must accompany child/children. Each child receives a backpack and coloring book to take home.

HAVE TO's: 
-Class is for ages 2 to 9 year olds. 
-Parents must accompany child/children, BUT ONLY REGISTER THE CHILD. 
-It is recommended that the child enroll in a kids klass at the hospital the mom is delivering at. MBMC will accept those who aren't but it may be confusing to a younger child if the mom will not be delivering at MBMC. 

DIRECTIONS: 
Instruct participants to park in the parking garage below Building D. Take elevator up to the lobby level and walk straight ahead, a sign will be on their left to turn to go to the auditorium.

Will receive letter, automatically generated, if registered 7-10 days prior to the start date of the class. If registered close to start date of class, may bring a CHECK payment to the class. NO CASH.

After registering the mom/caller, transfer to 314-996-5145 (financial counselor at MBMC). 
-Explain to the caller that they may get vmail, please leave a message with their name, best phone number and alternate phone number. It is okay to give out this number for the caller to call directly. 
-Financial Counselor's hours are Monday-Friday 8:00-4:30 
-Check refunds go to 314-996-5751. 
-Credit Card refunds go to Financial Counselor 314-996-5145 
-Note: late enrollments can pay by check only at the door. 
-Must Pay within 7 days of receiving confirmation letter or will be cancelled out of class-this will be strictly enforced. Must cancel 24 hours in advance of class starting to receive reimbursement minus $5.00 for processing fee. (this also is on the confirmation letter)
