second friday notes is a literary series that takes place on the second Friday evening of every month in our café. The hour-and-a-half show features two or more poets and one musical performer or group. June poets are M.L. “Bud” Hirsch Jr. and Erin Chapman. Our guest musician is Rachel Bisch, vocalist and ukulele player. St. Louis poet, Dwight Bitikofer is the emcee for the event, which is co-sponsored by the St. Louis Poetry Center.
