Whole Foods Market offers the following event description:
Second friday notes is a literary series that will take place on the second Friday evening of each month in our café. The hour-and-a-half show will usually feature two or more poets and one musical performer or group.
This month, musician Ed Yother will be performing. Ed plays mandolin, octave mandolin and Irish tenor banjo. He draws his repertoire mainly from Ireland, New England, and the maritime traditions. With a love for their history, he aims to treat these traditions with the sensitivity, detail, and liveliness they deserve.
