Come and join us for a 45-minute long practice of Therapeutic Tai Chi with Herb Parran from Therapeutic Tai Chi For Health.  The class takes place in the café.  For more information, go to:http://www.therapeutictaichiforhealth.com. Tai Chi presents gentle, low-impact exercises appropriate for anyone regardless of age and physical ability. A typical class will take you through a sequence of slow, graceful movements that flow one to the next, as well as easy-to-learn self-massage, breathing and relaxation techniques. The classes are beneficial for people who are seeking relief from stress and would like to lower their blood pressure, enhance their immune system and improve flexibility.
