Some events—like Manchester's Halloween Festival took place over the weekend, but as far as the kids going door-to-door, police departments in both Town and Country and Manchester do not have set hours designated for trick-or-treaters so it's up to the parents.Â

Most young children will begin trick-or-treating just before sunset while older kids will likely stay out a little longer in the evening. Sunset for Halloween is expected at 6:02 p.m., according to The Weather Channel. The channel's forecast is a high of 57 degrees and a low of 40 degrees, with no rain expected at this time.Â
