Heat Wave Affects Friday, Saturday Football Games
Parkway Central at Seckman is moved back to 8 p.m. Friday, while Westminster moves Saturday's game up to 10:00 a.m.

The Seckman v. Friday night high school football matchup is starting one hour later — at 8 p.m. — with officials hoping for slightly cooler temperatures as the sun sets.Â
Officials made the decision apparently Thursday, when temperatures hit 103 degrees at St. Louis-Lambert International Airport, and a heat index reading of 106.2 degrees.Â
The record for this day (since records were kept) is 104 degrees, according to weather officials.
