Innovative Health Partners Relocates in Webster Groves
Breathes new life into the area. Landlord, Jim Mills, was represented by Will Aschinger
St. Louis (September 28, 2023) – Dr. Alethea Eller, recently leased a 2,200-square-foot retail office space located at 88 North Gore Ave., Webster Groves, MO 63119, for an undisclosed price. The landlord of the property is Jim Mills of Kirkham Properties, and the location is Class A-space in the heart of Webster Groves. The space was formerly occupied by Big Bend Yoga Center.
Will Aschinger, Hilliker Corporation Vice President and Principal, represented Jim Mills, in a lease deal that closed on May 8, 2023. The relocation of Innovative Health Partners breathes new life into this part of Gore Ave. and Webster Groves.
According to Dr. Eller’s Facebook page: “What does it mean to get to the root cause of your symptoms?
