Manchester Aldermen Talk Great Streets, Eminent Domain And Possible Bond Vote

The Manchester Board of Aldermen is set to discuss a number of issues Tuesday night, including the , eminent domain, the search for a new city administrator and refunding approximately $3 million in general obligation bonds in an effort to save $390,000 in interest.
