Manchester Arts is thrilled to announce the inaugural concert of the newly-formed Manchester Community Band. This free concert is the first of three in a summer concert series, and will take place at 6.30 pm on Saturday, June 15, at the Schroeder Park Amphitheater at 359 Old Meramec Station Road in Manchester.
The band is comprised of more than 70 members (and growing) who represent all age groups from the community. The June 15 concert will feature musical selections celebrating both Flag Day and Fathers' Day. Selections range from patriotic marches to classic pop/rock music from popular bands. KSDK Channel 5 feature reporter Heidi Glaus will serve as emcee, and watch for some local food trucks!
Bring your family and friends, a blanket, some camp chairs, and a picnic, and join us for a great summer evening of free entertainment and fun at the park!
