Larceny from a vehicle: Police said a resident came out to his car in the morning to find his GPS unit, a 4-inch blade hunting knife with a brown leather case, prescription medication and two 5-hour Energy drinks were stolen. The items are valued at $228.

Stealing:Â An employee of a local business told police caught a man stealing from her purse. The woman reportedly approached the unknown man and was able to grab some of the items out of his hand before he fled the store. The woman was able to provide police with enough information that investigators could identify the man, but police said he has not been caught yet. The value of the items stolen is $26.
March 21: 1400 block Stoney Meadows Drive
Stealing:Â A pizza delivery person had his car stolen while making a delivery. Police said the man left his car running while he went to deliver the pizza and when he returned, the car was gone. The total value of the car is $4,000.
March 24: 300 Block of Royal Village Drive
Property Damage: Investigators got a call that someone apparently tried to break into a resident's car, but did not steal anything. Police said someone pried the driver’s door handle in an attempt to gain entry into a woman's car, but once she noticed the damage and examined her car it appeared nothing was stolen. No word on the value of the vehicle damage.
March 26: 400 block of Enchanted Parkway
Larceny from auto: Authorities said a radar detector and a GPS system were stolen from a resident's car overnight. The man told police he did not remember if he locked his vehicle, but there was no noticable damage to the vehicle. The stolen items are valued at $300.
