Police Blotter: Theft Tops Manchester's Latest Police Reports

Manchester police report numerous thefts top their most recent police calls.

June 25: 900 block of Huntington View

Stealing: A woman told police that a green Poulan brand lawnmower was stolen from her garage. The value of the stole lawnmower is estimated at $175.

June 24: 14000 block of Manchester Road

Stealing: A sidewalk picnic table made of plastic seats with a metal frame was stolen from a local business. The table is estimated to be worth $150.

June 21: 600 block Connie Lane

Lost/stolen property: A woman told police that sometime between dining at a restaurant and shopping for groceries, her wallet was either lost or stolen from her purse. No word on the value of the missing wallet or its contents. 

June 22: 900 block of Sulphur Springs Road

Theft: A resident said he or she found the exterior garage door open and mountain bike valued at $700 missing from garage. Later the same day, the bike was returned to the resident's driveway.

June 22: 400 block Chamberlain Drive 

Noise violation: Police were called due to someone riding a minibike in the area that was bothering a resident.
