Based on his combined experience and knowledge as a teacher and practitioner, Aaron has created an advanced method of Reiki training. Honoring its original roots as an ancient Japanese meditation technique used for healing, he's chosen to augment the standard curriculum by adding higher level techniques and far more hands-on practice time than the average class or "attunement” provides to level one students.

As a subtle energy modality, Reiki has immense potential for healing imbalances in the human body. Sacred Rhythm Reiki begins with teaching the step-by-step process, and deepens your practice by creating a deep respect and passion for this healing art. Each student is given individual attention to ensure a full understanding of what they are learning and its practice.

This unique Level One class will be taught in two parts. On Friday evening, you will learn the history of Reiki. Along with a taste of Mystical Alchemy, we’ll practice Qi-Gong breathing exercises designed to ground you fully and bring you into a balanced state of mind, body and spirit. We’ll also work with our auras and chakra system as well. On Saturday, you will be attuned and be guided in the hands-on application of this healing art.
