The report recognizes top residential real estate agents in the country based on annual 2015 sales volume and transaction sides.

2016 REAL Trends The Thousand, as advertised in the Wall Street Journal is based on a survey of over 900 brokerage firms, associations of Realtors and hundreds of other sources to determine the top real estate professionals in the United States. Now in its 11th year, this ranking is the only independent study of its kind where all of the results from individual submissions are independently verified through third party sources. The Thousand is actually six separate rankings: top individual sales professional ranked by closed transaction sides, top individual sales professional ranked by closed sales volume, top team ranked by closed transaction sides, top team ranked by closed sales volume, top 50 individual average price, or top 50 teams average price.

Johnson has been a successful Realtor for over 18 years. After being named Rookie of the Year in ’98, her career continued to skyrocket. She has been a member of Coldwell Banker Gundaker Presidents Cabinet since 1999 and her team has been ranked in the Top 5 of all the company’s independent sales associates in the St. Louis metro area since 2000. While raising her two daughters and building a real estate empire, Johnson always found time to give back to the communities she serves. She’s currently on the Board of Directors and is active in fundraising for the Youth in Need organization. In the past, Johnson assisted on the St. Joseph Auxiliary Board and was the first president of DARE St. Charles.
