Alderman Al Gerber, who chairs the city's Conservation Commission, is sponsoring the bill. He is proposing the amendments that include adding sterilization as a method of deer control, along with sharpshooting.
Gerber told Town and Country - Manchester Patch at the Oct. 10 board meeting that he is not optimistic his proposed amendments will be approved Monday night, since he did propose them and they were not approved at that Oct. 10 meeting.Â
