Viewfinder: Girl Scouts Dance With Dads

This week the Town and Country-Manchester Viewfinder shows you how the Girl Scouts of Carman Trails Elementary brought their fathers to the school Friday night for the troop's annual Daddy-Daughter Dance.

Girl Scouts of Carman Trails Elementary invited their dads to the school Friday night for a Daddy-Daughter dance. The theme of the evening was "Heart of a Champion," so everyone dressed up as their favorite sports, teams or players. Everything from skiing to gymnastics to dancing was represented, along with the standard Cardinals and Rams fans.

Chris Hosto, a Cardinals' fan, attended with his 8-year-old daughter, Kristen.

"This is the first one that's actually been a lot of fun," he said. "The rest have been princess themed or something, so the dads would just sit around."
