Westminster Launches New Study Abroad Program this Summer

Westminster Christian Academy world language students to travel to China, France, Spain, and Korea this summer.

Beginning in the summer of 2015, a group of 15-20 world language students from Westminster Christian Academy will have the opportunity to travel to China, France, Spain, or Korea to study for a week at an international school corresponding to their foreign language coursework at Westminster.

This new study abroad program positions Westminster as the only secondary private school in St. Louis to offer study abroad opportunities through the school’s own language department, partnering with sister schools overseas.

Students will be accompanied by a select number of Westminster faculty and will participate in a host family program, attending school for a week while staying with a local family. Two weekends of tourism will allow students opportunities for sightseeing to experience local culture and language in order to grow academically, socially, and spiritually.
