Westminster Student Recognized as a 2016 Young Achiever of the Year
Sophomore Chad Briden receives award for leadership accomplishments.

Westminster Christian Academy sophomore Chad Briden has been selected by International Leadership Network (ILN) to receive recognition as a 2016 Young Achiever of the Year. Of the 19 outstanding students honored as 2016 Young Achievers, Chad was chosen as one of two students to receive a certificate and $500 in recognition of his accomplishments.
Young Achievers are students in grades 5-10 who are positive role models; leaders who are appointed and/or elected; successful achievers in a variety of areas; good citizens in their schools and communities; and competent scholars with good attendance records.
As a dedicated student and driven athlete, Chad’s passion for people and his competitive spirit motivate him as a leader. He is involved in the St. Louis community as an intern for Greitens for Governor, a volunteer for Special Olympics Missouri and New City Fellowship Work Days, and he is employed as a golf caddy at Bellerive Country Club. Chad is a member of the National Honor Society, an award recipient of “the Duel” National Quarterback Competition, and he was also selected for the U.S. Army All American Combine. At Westminster, he plays on the varsity football, golf, and basketball teams.
