Will Aschinger, Hilliker Corp., Receives Small Business Monthly Award

St. Louis (April 26, 2023) – Will Aschinger, Hilliker Corporation Vice President, Principal, was named one of Small Business Monthly’s “100 St. Louisans You Should Know to Succeed in Business” for 2023.

In 1991, Aschinger joined Hilliker Corporation and used his entrepreneurial spirit to help his clients find and acquire properties as well as sell and lease his clients’ properties on desirable terms. He commonly completes forty or more office, industrial, retail and investment deals per year, and has been especially active in tenant and buyer representation. In 2022, Aschinger was the “Hilliker Top Producing Broker.”

Aschinger has served on the St. Louis Commercial Real Estate Board of Directors, and he was selected Commercial Realtor Associate of the year in 2008. He is active in the ownership and management of commercial, industrial, and multi-family properties.

He graduated from Missouri State University with a degree in Business Administration.

Each year, the publication selects 100 leading business owners, professionals, and executives who are nominated as the most influential individuals who make the biggest impact in the St. Louis entrepreneurial committee. More than 4,000 nominations were submitted this year.
