• REMINDER: Long-Term Full Road Closure Scheduled on Missouri Route 47 near Hawk Point (einpresswire.com) — Drivers traveling between Troy and Hawk Point should prepare for a long-term closure of Missouri Route 47 between Farm Lane and Fred Norton Road starting as early as the week of October 5. Traffic from Troy will be detoured via southbound U.S. 61, I-70, and MO 47, with local access maintained but travel times likely increasing for several weeks.
   

• Helias boys soccer improves to 12-0 with 3-0 win against Capital City (newstribune.com) — Capital City's boys soccer team fell 3-0 to undefeated Helias but will quickly turn around to visit Troy-Buchanan on Thursday evening. For Troy fans, it's a chance to see Capital City try to rebound while Helias continues a strong, injury-wary run through the Central Missouri Activities Conference.
