- $25,000 for part-time clerical assistance
- $10,000 for additional City Council professional development
- $80,000 for Youth Employment Program
- $50,000 for Professional Consulting Services
- $100,000 for Marketing and Communications
- $80,000 for Home Rehabilitation Loans
Funds extracted from projected budget
- $220,000 - after staff recommended to eliminate charging f0r Loop parking
- $11,000 - money no longer needed to pay for lighting at golf driving range
