
QVC and FFANY Contribute $392,714 to the Siteman Cancer Center at Barnes-Jewish Hospital and Washington University School of Medicine.
With thousands of shoes offered at half the manufacturer’s suggested retail price during the 18th annual "QVC Presents FFANY Shoes on Sale,” it was easier than ever for shoe lovers to take another step forward in the fight against breast cancer.
Supporting breast cancer research and education nationwide, QVC and FFANY donated a portion of the proceeds to eight nonprofits, including the Siteman Cancer Center at Barnes-Jewish Hospital and Washington School of Medicine. Company representatives recently presented a $392,714 check to Siteman Director Timothy J. Eberlein, M.D., whose center has received contributions from the annual shoe sale for seven consecutive years.

“Our breast cancer program and our patients from across the United States have benefited greatly from the $2.6 million that QVC and FFANY have contributed. We are extremely grateful for their generosity, and that of their customers, who help our researchers continue their life-saving work,” Dr. Eberlein said.
Since its inception, "QVC Presents FFANY Shoes on Sale” has sold over one million pairs of shoes and donated more than $38 million to leading breast cancer research and education institutions. The event’s three “Special Pink Benefactors,” the Nine West Footwear Corporation, the Brown Shoe Company, and Vince Camuto and Camuto Group, donated more than $500,000, bringing shoe shoppers such brands as Enzo Angiolini, Bandolino and AK Anne Klein as well as Via Spiga, Etienne Aigner, Carlos by Carlos Santana, Vince Camuto, BCBGeneration and LUCKY Brand. Other companies generously donating shoes include MICHAEL by Michael Kors, DKNY, Charles David, Johnston & Murphy, Cape Clogs, UGG Australia and many, many more.
