T1D College Connections

T1D College Connections is a group that was recently formed by Lizzie Kurowski and Jack Terschluse, two college students living with T1D (type 1 diabetes) in the St. Louis area.  The group will bring together T1D’s who are in college, have recently finished college, and high school seniors who are preparing to enter college.

The T1D College Connections goal is for T1D’s who face similar daily issues to talk about their personal struggles and successes. It will also help prepare incoming college students for their diabetes journey away from home.

T1D College Connections is also active in promoting T1D advocacy and philanthropy.  Please attend the inaugural meeting - Saturday, April 6 (11:00 AM) Starbucks - 4658 Maryland Avenue in the Central West End.
