Daniel Waugh, author of Gangs of Saint Louis: Men of Respect, will talk about the violent days and colorful figures of Prohibition-era Saint Louis, with special attention to the bad guys of University City.

The program will be at 7 pm Tuesday April 9, at University City Public Library, 6701 Delmar Boulevard.
