Take five minutes a day for a start

Five minutes a day can make a difference in your ionner life.

We had a lovely gathering for our "Let's Meditate St. Louis" workshop last Saturday, hosted by the Sri Chinmoy Centre.

In case you missed it, here is something you can begin with until you are able to make one of our -- or someone else's -- workshops.

Just offer five minutes a day for your inner self. Say to yourself, "I spend so much time for my outer self -- pursuing career and other goals. I feed my outer self daily. Let me now feed my inner self."

Remember a time when you were little, perhaps lying in bed. There is that child still inside of you, wishing for love and feeling hope. Β Every day, perhaps early in the morning, take five minutes of your time and feel the little child inside of Β you, the little child that is you. Β Make this a daily habit - same time, same place (a beautiful corner of your room, that you make very special). Β You will be on a path of growth and enrichment.
