The Good and Bad News for Home Sales in 2012
The number of homes sold in University City is up compared to the previous year, but the average sold price did not follow.

The number of single family homes sold in 2012 in University City has increased by 14% but the average price for homes has decreased by 4%.Β I would expect now that the volume of sale has increased we will see home prices stabalize in 2013.Β
