University Park - A Neighborhood with Two Parks!

When we first moved to St. Louis, we wanted a neighborhood that was reasonably priced and within walking distance to The Loop and Downtown Clayton.  We found our home in the 7300 block of Cornell in University Park in University City.  It had been owned by an architect for 18 years and they were meticulous about renovating and enhancing the home. This 3BR/1.5 BA house was ideal for us and we could walk almost anywhere we wanted within 20 minutes. As our family grew, we moved on but I am still fond of this neighborhood. Flanked by two parks, this neighborhood includes blocks 7000-7399 of Cornell, Princeton, Stanford & Cambridge. The homes in this neighborhood range from the lower $200s to, occassionaly, the mid $500s. There are a wide range of styles to choose from.
