The victims stated they were walking on Delmar when a Hispanic male, heavy set, drove next to them.  The victims stated the suspect exposed himself as he drove beside them.  The suspect's vehicle is described as a Pontiac, 2-dr., green with a sticker of the Virgin Mary in the rear window.  Nothing further.

The victim stated he was visiting a friend when two acquaintances entered the house. The victim stated one of the subjects threatened him with a gun and shot at him once before he struggled for the gun.  During the struggle, the victim stated the gun fired and he was shot in the leg.
