The previous tenant’s friend, was arrested for Burglary and Destruction of Private Property.  The previous tenant was arrested for Trespassing.

Officers responded to an alarm sounding at Aircomm Too Wireless.  Upon arrival, it was discovered the outer layer of a double pane window was damaged.  No entry was gained.  A BM, mid-late 20's, 5'9"-5'11", with a mustache, is observed on the surveillance video.  The video shows the suspect attempting to gain entry into the store by.

Officers responded to an alarm sounding at 340 Price.  Upon arrival, it was discovered that person(s) unknown gained entry into the victim's residence by damaging the front door.  The suspect(s) stole a television.  A witness stated he heard the alarm and observed three BM's, enter a silver, Chevrolet Malibu.The vehicle traveled into Ladue and an officer gave chase but lost sight of speeding suspects.
