Date Set for University City Rapper to Shoot Video in Loop Candy Store

University City rapper Yung Ro will shoot the music video for his song "Candy Gurl" next month at Miss M's Candy Boutique in the Loop, next door to the Pin-up Bowling Alley.

Store owner Sharon Echols said he'll shoot the video on Sat. March 5. "He wants to make it big," she said. Yung Ro wants his fans to show up and take part in the video. The shoot is slated to start around 4pm.

The store will provide the video dancers dresses made of candy, including M&M's and Snickers.

With more than 250 kinds of candy, it's the perfect place for the rapper to croon about a girl who is "...Sweeter than a Jolly Rancher. She a Twizzler. I got that Good Bar." 

Miss M's Candy Boutique opened in July of 2010.
