A Taste Of U. City

It’s back!  Join the U. City Chamber of Commerce for the second annual “A Taste Of U. City” on Thursday, May 9, from 5 – 8 pm at the Heman Community Center at 975 Pennsylvania Ave. at Olive Blvd.  This year’s event, co-sponsored by Fifth/Third Bank, also supports Operation Food Search.

Tickets are $20 plus a donation of canned goods for OFS. (Kids 3 and under are free, and 4 - 12 are only $10.)  Once inside, guests may taste a variety of food and drinks from more than 30 local restaurants and specialty food stores.  This includes beer from Anheuser-Busch, mixed drinks from Major Brands, and a full variety of ethnic foods.  The all-inclusive entry fee means there is no other cost for food or drinks.

Buy your tickets on-line at www.universitycitychamber.com, at the U. City Public Library, or at the door.  Buy your tickets in advance and receive $5 worth of raffle tickets for free!  “Like” us on Facebook and sign up for “Daily Deals” on the website for a chance to win a FREE ticket to the “Taste” event.
