In partnership with the St. Louis Children's Hospital Healthy Kids Express, the District of University City will sponsor two fall immunization clinic for students (PreK - 12) enrolled in the District who benefit from Vaccines for Children (uninsured, under-insured, MO HealthNet Managed Care formerly MC+ or Medicaid).
Available vaccines include:
• DTP/Td
• HIB
• Polio
• HEP B
• MMR
• Tdap
Parents or guardians should accompany minor children and bring their current immunization records.
