The University City Public Library will be displaying the artwork of illustrator Matt Hirschfeld in its upstairs gallery from 9am-9pm M-F, Sat 9am-5pm, Sun 1pm-5pm (9am-noon on Dec 24 and Dec 31, closed Dec 25). This exhibit will showcase over 20 of Hirschfeld's caricatures depicting today's stars from film, television, music, sports, politics and more.
Currently residing in Los Angeles, Matt has been featured on several St. Louis news programs, as well as, in newspapers including the New York Times.
The public is invited to a reception from 5-8 p.m. Friday, Dec. 7, at the library. The event is open to the public and admission is free.
