U. City Mayor Shelley Welsch, working with the River des Peres Watershed Coalition, has invited mayors and other community officials to discuss the challenges the river does/does not pose in their communities.
The Coalition will offer support for cleanups in the communities, and for building rain gardens that can catch and keep water where it falls; and will update those in attendance on the MSD multi-billion dollar agreement with the EPA; and will discuss watershed planning
