Step Up for Down Syndrome

The Down Syndrome Association of Greater St. Louis (DSAGSL) will host the 2013 Step Up for Down Syndrome (SUDS) walk on June 9 to celebrate the many abilities of people with Down syndrome. Community members including Charter Media, The Bedroom Store, Stifel Nicolaus, Lathrop & Gage, Lou Fusz Buick GMC, IREM and Children’s Hospital, in addition to the St. Louis Cardinals, have embraced this celebration and are getting involved.

For the past several years, SUDS has been the DSAGSL's largest fundraising and awareness event for our members across the greater St. Louis community. SUDS encourages people to come together and step up in support for all of the special people in our lives with Down syndrome. Individuals are invited to form teams and encourage family, friends and co-workers to join them in raising awareness and walking for Down syndrome on June 9. Walk registration is open NOW at www.dsagsl.org/StepUp.

Our walk is Sunday, June 9 in Forest Park and will start at the Upper Muny Parking lot. There will be food, fun, games and informational booths.
