Meet our instructor- Violet Li
The purpose of this program is to teach a modified version of 24 Tai Chi Form which is the standard promoted by the Chinese government to improve people's health. Students will be able to learn this form in 12-weeks and practice by themselves to boost their immunity system, improve the sleep quality, reduce aches and pains from arthritis, manage stress, enhance their balance and flexibility, and improve the overall health conditions.
Fee: $120 for 12 times, 12 weeks
