Bethel Evangelical Lutheran Church has announced a piano recital with special guest, Timothy Ehlen on Sunday, October 21 at 3:00 PM. The recital is free and open to the public. The recital is part of the centennial celebration for Bethel Lutheran Church. Mr. Ehlen will be performing a program of Bach and Beethoven including Bach’s English Suite No. 3 in G Minor and Beethoven’s Sonata No. 28 in A Major and Sonata No. 11 in B-flat Major. Mr. Ehlen is Associate Professor of Piano at the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign. He has performed extensively in the U.S. and Europe as both a soloist and chamber player.
