Nearly 1,500 Washington University in St. Louis freshmen are arriving for the 2011-12 academic year that begins Aug. 30. A large number of them will move into the South 40 residence halls on Thursday, Aug. 25, the main move-in day for first-year students.
All on-campus and university owned housing will be accessible for move in beginning at 8:30 a.m. Orientation activities begin with floor meetings at 5:30 p.m., followed by Convocation at 7:30 p.m. in the Athletic Complex. First Year Center: brennan@wustl.edu or (314) 935-5040.
