Youth between the ages of 13-21 from the entire St. Louis Region are invited to attend a Youth Speak-Out Forum on Tuesday, September 20, 2011 at the Heman Park Community Center.
Adults, including Parents, Officials, Community Organizations, and other major community stakeholders from the St Louis Region are invited to attend.
Snacks will be served.
