Filing Opens for University City Council Seats
Councilmembers Terry Crow (1st Ward), Lynn Ricci (2nd Ward) and Arthur Sharpe Jr. (3rd Ward) are up for election in April.
Filing opens Tuesday for residents interested in running for a City Council seat in University City.
Up for re-election in April are Councilmembers Terry Crow (1st Ward), Lynn Ricci (2nd Ward) and Arthur Sharpe Jr. (3rd Ward).
Persons interested in filing for the following positions of the City Council may pick up a Petition and Information for Filing in the City Clerk's office, second floor of City Hall, Room four.
COUNCILMEMBER - WARD ONE - one for a four year expired term
COUNCILMEMBER - WARD TWO - one for a four year expired term
COUNCILMEMBER - WARD THREE - one for a four year expired term

Filing will open at 8:00 a.m. in the City Clerk's office and petitions should be returned to the City Clerk's office any time before closing, January 17, 2012, 5:00 p.m.
The election will be held on Tuesday, April 3, 2012.
