Experience: Must be at least 16 years old and have or be able to obtain valid American Red Cross Lifeguarding verification. 
Responsibilities: Responsible for the safety, supervision, discipline and customer service of all swimming facility patrons; as well as conducing the planned aquatic program and maintenance/operation of a swimming pool facility within the framework of policies and instruction set forth by the Department of Community Development-Recreation Division. Job: Summer Intern—Business Licenses
Category: Internship
Experience: Qualifications include excellent customer service and verbal communication skills, the ability to work independently, and the ability to be ambulatory in a variety of weather conditions.  Some college coursework is preferred. 
Responsibilities: Duties include ensuring granted licenses are properly displayed and that current decals are affixed to vending machines.  Will also notify business owners who are non-compliant. 
Salary: $10-12 per hour

Who’s Hiring:

Job: Middle school math teacher
Category: Full-time
Experience: The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree, masters preferred, and at least three years teaching experience with late elementary grades or middle school students.​  Experience incorporating technology in the classroom and differentiating instruction to meet the needs of individual students is essential in this position.​  Additionally, experience or familiarity with Math in Focus or Singapore Mathematics curriculum is strongly preferred.​
Responsibilities: Teach four sections of 5^th Grade Mathematics and serve as an advisor in the 2012-2013 academic year.​
