Jordan Search Consultants Announces 100% Growth, Promotions of Director of Operations and Associate Director of Recruitment

St. Louis, MO—Jordan Search Consultants, a national healthcare recruitment firm, announces the promotions of Amy Taylor, Director of Operations, and Heidi Johnson, Associate Director of Recruitment. The promotions represent part of a comprehensive strategy designed to both manage and enhance Jordan Search Consultants’ recent rapid growth. Year-to-date, the company has grown by 70 percent and is on track for 100 percent growth by the end of 2016.

“After having been in business for more than a decade, Jordan Search Consultants has reached what is referred to as the ‘takeoff stage’—in which delegation and financing typically become challenges,” said Kathy Jordan, President of Jordan Search Consultants. “In order to continue to provide top tier service to our clients, I knew we needed additional management to handle the growth of our evolving business—especially in the ever-changing field of healthcare.”

As such, Taylor is responsible for managing company finances, developing and maintaining human resources initiatives, and developing short- and long-term organizational goals. With more than a decade of experience in project and executive management, she brings a wealth of experience to her new role.

While Taylor will be internally focused, Johnson will manage growth externally by developing, planning, and implementing recruitment initiatives for client organizations primarily on the West Coast. With more than two decades of healthcare industry experience, including 13 years in a large multi-specialty group, Johnson understands the challenges faced by healthcare organizations.

“Our West Coast presence has expanded greatly since the acquisition of Sacramento-based Levison Search Associates in 2014,” said Jordan. “Heidi’s impressive reputation and long-standing relationships along the West Coast made the decision to promote from within an easy one.”

Jordan Search Consultant’s home office is located in O’Fallon, Missouri, but the company also has remote offices in Seattle, Denver, and Sacramento, and serves clients on a national scale.
