Toby has gone missing in the University Hills area. He is a 14.5 year old black lab who is extremely gentle.
He is also partially blind, mostly deaf, has weak hind quarters, has a tumor on his rib cage and tattoos in his ears that are created in dotted form (like letters), also has a red collar with a bone motif, but his tags have fallen off.
