Join with your neighbors at the National Night Out celebration in Lucier Park. This concert with Javier Mendoza is part of the FREE 20th Annual Skinker DeBaliviere Concert Series!
Also available will be a Youth Art Activity for youth, and a Community Resource Area with info about neighborhood services. And of course, BBQ & beverages will be for sale. Dress comfortably, bring a lawn chair, and enjoy the festivities!
