No Election for U City School Board
No contested seats means the district can avoid the cost of an election.
The will not hold an election this April.
The board has two open seats and only two candidates filed for office, negating the need for an election. Each of the candidates will be seated on the board after April.
Incumbent Linda Peoples filed to retain her seat. John Clark also filed for a seat on the board.
