Psychological Associates (PA), a consulting company that applies behavioral science to business performance, will host the webinar “Emotional Intelligence in Challenging Times” on Thurs., April 23 at 1 p.m. The live, web-based video conference is free and open to the public.

The webinar—which will highlight the external elements of emotional intelligence—will be led by Psychological Associates’ Vice President of Organization Consulting Dr. David Rowan and Performance Management Consultant Michelle Western. With a focus on social awareness and relationship management, the leaders will examine how all individuals can use empathy and teamwork skills to positively impact their interactions with others.

Rowan brings more than 15 years of assessment and coaching experience to the webinar. He will reveal coping strategies as people navigate unfamiliar situations and emotions. Western will concentrate on how organizations can use technology to stay connected during this pandemic.
